It was a bug in LM Studio. It's mentioned in the change log that it has been fixed.

I don't think so. Models of similar size work fine. Maybe it's a bug in LM Studio, I'm not sure.

This won't run on anything less than 16GB. I tested it with 8GB and 12GB; you need at least 16GB to run this model(Q4) in LM Studio.
