Add robotics pipeline tag and license

This PR improves the model card for VLANeXt by adding the robotics pipeline tag to the metadata, which will help users find the model in the robotics section of the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds the license information (NTU S-Lab License 1.0) and provides links to the research paper, project page, and official code repository for easier navigation.
