Remove arxiv field from metadata

Per Hugging Face community guidelines, the arxiv ID should only be referenced in the markdown content (e.g., as a link) and not in the YAML metadata. This PR removes the arxiv: '2607.27205' line from the metadata block. The rest of the model card remains unchanged.
