Add model card and pipeline tag

Hi,
This PR improves the model card for 3D-Fixer by:
- Adding the
image-to-3dpipeline tag to the metadata. - Linking the model card to the paper on Hugging Face Papers.
- Adding links to the official project page and GitHub repository.
- Providing a sample usage code snippet as found in the GitHub README.
- Adding the BibTeX citation from the paper.
