Add pipeline tag, paper link, project page

This PR:
- adds the
pipeline_tag: roboticsmetadata, so the model can be found under the robotics pipeline at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=robotics, - includes links to the paper (arXiv and Hugging Face paper page) in the content,
- adds the project page URL.
