RiboBinder: Ribonucleic Acid Binding Predictor and Designer

Model weights for RiboBinder. Please download the following weights and put them into the corresponding folders.

clips_models.zip

• RiboBinder-B for clip-seq data
• Download the RiboBinder-B model weights for the corresponding RBPs from clips_models.zip and place them under models/clips/. Similar to clips/AGGF1_HepG2.

PDB_model.zip

• RiboBinder-B for general PDB data with different levels of prediction

design_model

• RiboBinder-G for designing RNA sequences targeting specific RBPs
• Download design_model/pytorch_model.bin the folder and place it under models/design/
