Improve model card: add robotics pipeline tag and project links

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team.
This PR improves the model card for PhysBrain-VLA by:
- Adding the
roboticspipeline tag to make the model more discoverable in the Hub. - Adding direct links to the paper, project page, and GitHub repository.
- Synchronizing the model card with the GitHub README to include the open-source plan and getting started instructions.
