This is a named Series-A silhouette, not a trained cross-encoder. The intended cut is Qwen/Qwen3-Reranker-0.6B (Apache-2.0). We do not republish those weights. We do not paste rerank leaderboard numbers. We do not reuse ReceiptAgent timings as a product speed.

Status: ROADMAP / UNKNOWN. Protocol: nDCG@10 / MRR on the same frozen split as Chakana. ROADMAP until that run exists. N=0 today.
