Implementation Notes (This Update)

• CA02 was upgraded to be offline-buildable and dependency-free:
  • Removed third-party Go dependencies (github.com/google/uuid, golang.org/x/sync).
  • Replaced busy waiting with condition-variable synchronization.
  • Added thread-safe event snapshot/list handling.
  • Added unit tests for booking flow and snapshot behavior.
