## Implementation Notes (This Update)

- CA02 was upgraded to be **offline-buildable** and **dependency-free**:
  - Removed third-party Go dependencies (`github.com/google/uuid`, `golang.org/x/sync`).
  - Replaced busy waiting with condition-variable synchronization.
  - Added thread-safe event snapshot/list handling.
  - Added unit tests for booking flow and snapshot behavior.
