ECH0-PRIME HuggingFace Space Manual Upload Guide

Step 1: Create HuggingFace Space

1. Go to https://huggingface.co/new-space
2. Space Name: ech0-prime-consciousness
3. License: Apache 2.0
4. SDK: Gradio
5. Hardware: T4 Medium or higher (A100 recommended)
6. Storage: Large
7. Make it public

Step 2: Upload Files

Upload all files from the hf_space_deploy directory:

Required Files:

• app.py - Main application with full ECH0-PRIME integration
• requirements.txt - All necessary dependencies
• README.md - Complete documentation with space configuration
• echo_system_config.json - System configuration
• packages.txt - Additional package list

Optional Files:

• app_enhanced.py - Enhanced app version
• test_space.py - Testing utilities
• debug_hf.py - Debug tools
• DEPLOYMENT_README.md - Deployment notes

Step 3: Configure Space Settings

1. Go to Space Settings → Secrets
2. Add HF_TOKEN if you have one (optional but recommended)
3. Set hardware to A100 if available for best performance

Step 4: Monitor Build

1. Check Space logs for build status
2. Wait 2-5 minutes for initial build
3. Space will auto-start the Gradio app
