# ECH0-PRIME HuggingFace Space Manual Upload Guide

## Step 1: Create HuggingFace Space
1. Go to https://huggingface.co/new-space
2. **Space Name**: `ech0-prime-consciousness`
3. **License**: Apache 2.0
4. **SDK**: Gradio
5. **Hardware**: T4 Medium or higher (A100 recommended)
6. **Storage**: Large
7. **Make it public**

## Step 2: Upload Files
Upload all files from the `hf_space_deploy` directory:

### Required Files:
- `app.py` - Main application with full ECH0-PRIME integration
- `requirements.txt` - All necessary dependencies
- `README.md` - Complete documentation with space configuration
- `echo_system_config.json` - System configuration
- `packages.txt` - Additional package list

### Optional Files:
- `app_enhanced.py` - Enhanced app version
- `test_space.py` - Testing utilities
- `debug_hf.py` - Debug tools
- `DEPLOYMENT_README.md` - Deployment notes

## Step 3: Configure Space Settings
1. Go to Space Settings → Secrets
2. Add `HF_TOKEN` if you have one (optional but recommended)
3. Set hardware to A100 if available for best performance

## Step 4: Monitor Build
1. Check Space logs for build status
2. Wait 2-5 minutes for initial build
3. Space will auto-start the Gradio app
