Why a mirror exists
ComicApp fetched this from upstream resolve/main — a mutable branch. A
re-upload there changes the model under every running install. ComicApp pins a
sha256 for every model it downloads, so such a change would now be caught rather
than silently applied — but a pin can only detect a change, not undo one: once
upstream moves, the pinned bytes are no longer obtainable from anywhere.
Mirroring is what makes the artifact durable. This copy is uploaded once and never rewritten. To publish different weights we publish a new file, so a pinned install can never be surprised.
