Hi! This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the text-generation pipeline tag.
Specifying library_name: transformers as the model is compatible with the Transformers library.
Filling in the missing links to the research paper "Prompt Augmentation Scales up GRPO Training on Mathematical Reasoning".
Adding relevant tags for mathematical reasoning.
