Add pipeline tag, GitHub link, installation, and sample usage

This PR improves the model card for "Particulate: Feed-Forward 3D Object Articulation" by:

  • Adding the pipeline_tag: robotics to its metadata, enhancing its discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
  • Adding a direct link to the GitHub repository for easy access to the code.
  • Clarifying that the model weights are licensed under CC-BY-4.0, while the code is under Apache-2.0.
  • Enhancing the "Overview" section with details and key features from the paper's GitHub README.
  • Including the installation instructions for setting up the environment.
  • Adding a "Sample Usage" section with the inference command and its relevant arguments from the GitHub README.
  • Adding the BibTeX citation for the paper.
