DEFINITION_OF_DONE.md

A task is done only if all conditions are met:

• Goal understood.
• Non-goals respected.
• Existing code searched.
• Reuse / modify / build / stop decision documented.
• Scope respected.
• Tests added or justification written.
• Tests run or impossibility explained.
• No secret committed or exposed.
• No data leakage.
• Task report written.
• PROJECT_STATE.md updated.
• Next recommended task indicated.

If one item is missing, the task is not done. It may be moved to review with explicit gaps, but not to done.
