Add robotics pipeline tag and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've improved the model card for PROFusion by adding the robotics pipeline tag to help users discover it, along with relevant task tags. I've also restructured the content to include clear links to the paper and code, a summary of the method, and the appropriate citation.
