• Verified rocm-smi functionality.
• JAX ROCm device visibility confirmed in notebooks and scripts.
• TensorFlow ROCm GPU visibility established.
• IREE ROCm runtime identified as the high-performance path.

New Sub-tasks / Refinements

• Add rocm-smi monitoring tab to Kansas Workbench.
• Implement a "System Check" button in Workbench to run scripts/verify_rocm_stack.py.
• Document exact library versions for ROCm 7.2 compatibility.
