- [x] Verified `rocm-smi` functionality.
- [x] JAX ROCm device visibility confirmed in notebooks and scripts.
- [x] TensorFlow ROCm GPU visibility established.
- [x] IREE ROCm runtime identified as the high-performance path.

## New Sub-tasks / Refinements
- [ ] Add `rocm-smi` monitoring tab to Kansas Workbench.
- [ ] Implement a "System Check" button in Workbench to run `scripts/verify_rocm_stack.py`.
- [ ] Document exact library versions for ROCm 7.2 compatibility.
