# ISSUE #139: ROCm Foundation for Synesthesia Workstation

This issue owns the workstation foundation for Synesthesia. It is complete only when all child issues (T-017 series) are complete and merged to `master`. Documentation, environment files, and placeholder scripts do not close this issue.
