Summary

This issue owns the workstation foundation for Synesthesia. It is complete only when all child issues (T-017 series) are complete and merged to master. Documentation, environment files, and placeholder scripts do not close this issue.

T-017A: Shared Environment and Secret Contract

Status: status:complete Owns the shared configuration contract across local .env, .env.example, ML_Pipeline/shared/env.py, and GitHub Actions.

T-017B: ROCm Runtime Validation

Status: status:complete Owns real runtime proof on target hardware.

T-017C: RX 6700 XT Optimization and Tuning Framework

Status: status:complete Owns the hardware-specific optimization contract.

Product Milestone: Same-Day Non-Unreal Path

• A fresh clone must support local TRL fine-tuning and Streamlit-based music generation without Unreal.
• Direct handoff to #140, #164, #166, and the Streamlit workbench task.
