🎯 AI Resume Classifier / Akıllı CV Sınıflandırıcı

This project is an Artificial Intelligence-based Resume Classification System developed to automate HR processes. It analyzes resume content (PDF/DOCX/Text) and predicts the most suitable department for the candidate using NLP and Machine Learning.

Bu proje, İK süreçlerini otomatize etmek için geliştirilmiş Yapay Zeka tabanlı bir CV Sınıflandırma Sistemidir. CV içeriğini (PDF/DOCX/Metin) analiz eder ve NLP ile Makine Öğrenmesi kullanarak aday için en uygun departmanı tahmin eder.
