• Updated feature-flag-agent-env/agents/llm_agent.py:
  • improved .env discovery so GROQ_API_KEY can load from the working directory and parent repo paths
  • preserved Groq client initialization when the API key is present
  • ensured LLMAgent.decide() increments api_calls for real Groq requests
• Updated feature-flag-agent-env/agents/hybrid_agent.py:
  • added stronger unsafe action detection for FULL_ROLLOUT and INCREASE_ROLLOUT
  • automatically falls back to baseline actions when LLM output is unsafe
  • preserves the original LLM reason in the safety override message
• Updated feature-flag-agent-env/tests/test_llm_agent.py:
  • added a real Groq integration assertion: agent.api_calls >= 1
