Version 2 of the NTv3 preprint is on bioRxiv (posted 2026-10-29). This fills the paper link and the citation that were marked TBC. The link is unversioned, so it resolves to the latest version; the BibTeX (key ntv3, year 2026) carries the v2 title and authors, checked against the preprint source. The same entry goes into the nucleotide-transformer repo.
