Sample HR Policy

This example file is fictional. It is included only to test the Private Knowledge AI demo.

Remote work

Employees may work remotely up to two days per week if their manager approves the schedule. Remote work must not reduce service quality, data security, or team coordination.

Data protection

Confidential documents must not be uploaded to public AI services. Sensitive files should be processed only in approved private or on-premise systems.

Training

New employees must complete information security training during their first month. The training includes password hygiene, phishing awareness, secure document handling, and incident reporting.
