• Diagnoses/conditions: SNOMED CT / ICD-10
• Labs/measurements: LOINC
• Medications: RxNorm

Units & Conventions

• Blood Pressure (BP): mmHg
• Hemoglobin A1c (A1c): %
• Body Mass Index (BMI): kg/m²
• Total Cholesterol: mmol/L (use mg/dL only if explicitly provided; convert to mmol/L if possible)
• Glucose: mmol/L
• Weight: kg
• Height: cm
• Percentages: %

Sanity Ranges (global defaults)

• A1c: 3–20 %
• Systolic BP: 60–250 mmHg
• Diastolic BP: 30–150 mmHg
• BMI: 10–70 kg/m²
• Total Cholesterol: 2–12 mmol/L

Privacy & Reporting

• No PHI. Aggregate reporting only.
• Small-cell suppression: if a cohort < 10, aggregate or redact.

Recommendation Style

• Analytics-first (longitudinal targeting, clustering, eligibility rules).
• Avoid generic operational advice unless explicitly asked.
