Find My Dog — Backend

FastAPI + YOLOv8 + DINOv2 + pgvector. The browser-facing app lives at aipluto.vercel.app; this Space is the API that handles detection, embedding, sighting upload, and similarity search.

Required environment variables (set as Space Secrets)

Variable	Purpose
DATABASE_URL	Supabase Postgres URI (Session pooler), postgresql+psycopg://…
SUPABASE_URL	https://<project-ref>.supabase.co (used as the storage REST endpoint)
SUPABASE_KEY	Legacy service_role JWT (Storage REST currently rejects the new sb_secret_* keys)

When SUPABASE_URL + SUPABASE_KEY are present, the storage layer uses Supabase Storage instead of the local MinIO.
