| # π€ HuggingBot | |
| **Your AI assistant, running natively in a HuggingFace Space.** | |
| HuggingBot is a fully client-side, self-evolutionary AI chat app. It lives entirely in this Space β no backend server required. | |
| ## β¨ Features | |
| - π§ **Tool-use agent loop** β the model can call tools (Web Search, Calculator, Image Gen, QR codes, Weather, News, Dictionary, and more) and iterate across steps | |
| - π οΈ **Self-evolution** β the `evolve_self` tool lets the assistant read, analyze, and rewrite its own source code right in the browser | |
| - π **ScratchPad** β upload files or have code written for you, with full line-level editing and version history | |
| - π¬ **Conversations** β saved locally (localStorage or IndexedDB) with search, token & cost tracking | |
| - ποΈ **Model picker** β search 400+ models via OpenRouter (bring your own API key) | |
| - 𧩠**Modular tool system** β modules load from a manifest and can be toggled on/off | |
| ## π Usage | |
| 1. Open the Space: https://broadfield-huggingbot.hf.space | |
| 2. Click **Settings** (βοΈ) and enter your [OpenRouter API key](https://openrouter.ai/keys) (`sk-or-...`) | |
| 3. Chat away! Pick a model, enable modules, and let HuggingBot work. | |
| ## π Privacy | |
| Your API key and conversations are stored **only in your own browser** (localStorage / IndexedDB). Nothing is sent to this Space's server β the app runs 100% client-side. | |
