cTuning foundation is a non-profit educational organization founded by Grigori Fursin and a founding member of MLCommons. It has been developing open-source tools and methodology to support reproducibility initiatives, artifact evaluation, open source, and open science projects in collaboration with ACM, IEEE, and MLCommons since 2008.
