Template Files Directory

This directory is used to store template files that can be downloaded by users.

Current Templates

Resume Template (PPTX)

• Filename: resume_template.pptx
• Usage: This template is used for employee resume creation
• Location in App: Available for download from the employee details page (Professional Information and Educational Qualifications sections)

How to Add/Update Templates

1. Create or update your PowerPoint template file
2. Name it resume_template.pptx
3. Copy the file to this directory (public/templates/)
4. Test the download by clicking the "Resume Template" or "Download Resume Template" buttons in the employee details page

Notes

• Make sure file permissions allow for the web server to read the files
• Recommended file size: Under 5MB for optimal download performance
• The application will show a notification if the template file is missing
