| ### Resume Template (PPTX) | |
| - **Filename**: `resume_template.pptx` | |
| - **Usage**: This template is used for employee resume creation | |
| - **Location in App**: Available for download from the employee details page (Professional Information and Educational Qualifications sections) | |
| ## How to Add/Update Templates | |
| 1. Create or update your PowerPoint template file | |
| 2. Name it `resume_template.pptx` | |
| 3. Copy the file to this directory (`public/templates/`) | |
| 4. Test the download by clicking the "Resume Template" or "Download Resume Template" buttons in the employee details page | |
| ## Notes | |
| - Make sure file permissions allow for the web server to read the files | |
| - Recommended file size: Under 5MB for optimal download performance | |
| - The application will show a notification if the template file is missing |
