LC-MS Peak Picker

This is a beautiful, interactive web application to process .mzML and .mzXML mass spectrometry files using the powerful XCMS CentWave algorithm from R/Bioconductor.

How it works

This Space runs a custom Docker container that:

Installs Node.js and R.
Installs Bioconductor packages (MSnbase, xcms).
Serves a React frontend and Express backend.
Automatically processes uploaded LC-MS files natively via the embedded R script.
