| ## How it works | |
| This Space runs a custom Docker container that: | |
| 1. Installs Node.js and R. | |
| 2. Installs Bioconductor packages (`MSnbase`, `xcms`). | |
| 3. Serves a React frontend and Express backend. | |
| 4. Automatically processes uploaded LC-MS files natively via the embedded R script. | |
