Backup demo video — recording checklist

Record even if the live pitch will be live. Judges forgive a short clip if Wi‑Fi dies.

Capture (3–5 minutes total)

• Terminal: uvicorn + continuous_demo.py visible or mentioned.
• Browser: Live Threat Feed scrolling with detections.
• Attack Timeline with at least one incident.
• AI Investigation filled (narrative + recommended actions).
• Click Replay last chain — show replay badges on rows.
• Pan to Powered by AMD ROCm panel.
• Optional: quick flash of POST /ingest-logs or OpenAPI /docs.

Technical tips

• Resolution: 1920×1080, 30fps minimum.
• Audio: short voiceover OR captions (OBS / QuickTime + captions in post).
• No secrets: blur .env, webhooks, API keys if shown.
• File name: SentinelAI-demo-backup-YYYY-MM-DD.mp4
