What’s the difference between OPQ and OPQ MQ Sales Report?

OPQ (OPQ32r) is the underlying personality questionnaire: a broad, standard measure of workplace behavioural style used across roles and decisions (development, team fit, etc.).

OPQ MQ Sales Report is a reporting product, not a different questionnaire. It summarizes OPQ results in a sales-specific way—graphical and narrative emphasis on behaviours tied to sales success. You can optionally add the Motivation Questionnaire (MQ) so the same report also reflects sales motivators and drives; without MQ, you still get the sales-framed OPQ story.

So: one assessment instrument (OPQ32r) for personality; the Sales Report is how you read those results for sellers (and optionally enrich with MQ).
