Add robotics pipeline tag, library name and license

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata. The pipeline_tag is set to robotics given the paper's focus on vision-language-action models in a robotics context. The library_name is set to transformers given the usage instructions in the README. The license is set to mit.
