king-3 — Dynamics-heavy mixture (config A/B)

Lever: retune family_weights only — same generator code as king-1.

Hypothesis: more AR(2) / integrated / OU / threshold / regime mass improves LCB consistency (v12 local A/B direction, pushed further).

Tradeoff: less weekly/seasonal/spectral coverage.
