Add robotics pipeline tag and improve model card

Hi, I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.
This PR adds the robotics pipeline tag to the model card metadata, which helps users discover your work when filtering by task on the Hub. I've also updated the model card to include a more detailed description from your paper and added the BibTeX citation for researchers.
