Focus areas: optical microscopy + Computer Vision + ML-powered diagnostics, computational biology and genomics (AlphaFold, REINVENT, DiffDock, variant calling, metagenomics), gas analysis on MOX sensors with custom neural networks, robotics (motor control, YOLO26, SAM 2, Imitation Learning), radio astronomy (SDR + interferometry + neural signal processing).
