Model Card for Chamaileon
Chamaileon is a generative framework for cross-context protein binder design. It is designed to generate a single binder sequence that can bind to multiple protein contexts.
Unlike conventional binder design methods that typically assume a single target and a single structural state, Chamaileon formulates binder generation as cross-context binding landscape modeling. This enables the model to address challenging design scenarios such as:
- Multi-state binder design, where one binder must remain compatible with multiple conformational states of a target protein.
- Multi-target binder design, where one binder sequence is optimized to bind multiple related target interfaces.
