| Chamaileon is a generative framework for **cross-context protein binder design**. It is designed to generate a **single binder sequence** that can bind to multiple protein contexts. |

| Unlike conventional binder design methods that typically assume a single target and a single structural state, Chamaileon formulates binder generation as **cross-context binding landscape modeling**. This enables the model to address challenging design scenarios such as: |
