This PR improves the model card for the CLARE DiT-EncDec base checkpoint. Improvements include:

• Adding the robotics pipeline tag for better discoverability.
• Adding the lerobot library name to enable relevant UI features.
• Including direct links to the paper, project page, and official GitHub repository.
• Adding a sample training command from the official repository to demonstrate usage.
