A fine-tuned ModernBERT model that explains **why** a user is dissatisfied, classifying into three categories: NEED_CLARIFICATION, WRONG_ANSWER, or WANT_DIFFERENT. |

## Model Description |
|

This is Stage 2 of a hierarchical dissatisfaction detection pipeline. After Stage 1 identifies a user as dissatisfied (DISSAT), this model explains the reason. |
