Add robotics pipeline tag and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.
I've opened this PR to improve the model card for HoRD. The changes include:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: roboticsto the metadata to help users find your work when filtering by task on the Hub. - Updating the code repository link to the official organization URL.
- Adding a more comprehensive "Quick Start" section with installation and evaluation instructions from your GitHub README.
- Linking the paper to the Hugging Face paper page for better integration within the ecosystem.
The rest of the model card looks great!
