Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. This PR adds a model card for SparseDriveV2, based on the paper SparseDriveV2: Scoring is All You Need for End-to-End Autonomous Driving. The model card includes a high-level overview of the method, benchmark results, and links to the official code repository.
